Haby Global Services, LLC Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Haby Global Services, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our tour services ("Services"). By booking or participating in any tour offered by Haby Global Services, LLC, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 To book a tour, you must complete the booking form and provide necessary information.
2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified by the Company.
2.4 All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the tour start date will receive a full refund.
3.2 Cancellations made between 15-29 days prior to the tour start date will receive a 50% refund.
3.3 Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the tour start date are non-refundable.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

4. Changes to Itinerary
4.1 The Company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

5. Health and Safety
5.1 Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically fit for the tour.
5.2 The Company is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during the tour.
5.3 Participants must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by tour guides.

6. Travel Insurance
6.1 It is strongly recommended that participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
6.2 The Company is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

7. Liability
7.1 The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
7.2 The Company is not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

8. Code of Conduct
8.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, tour guides, and local communities.
8.2 The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful.

9. Photography and Media
9.1 Participants agree to allow the Company to use photographs and videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes.
9.2 Participants may opt-out of this by informing the Company in writing prior to the tour start date.

10. Governing Law 

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nevada.
